1) Barong dance

2) Batik cloth

Batik itself is a craft that has been part of Indonesian culture since many centuries ago, especially in Java. The term “batik” is said to derive from the Javanese “amba” which means writing and “nitik” meaning to make a point. Freely, the word “batik” refers to the technique of pattern making and the dyeing of fabrics by means of an evening-colored barrier (wax), which is applied to the fabric. (wax-resist dyeing).
